Pina Bausch ballet

So, this week I've made the whole editorial dance around a long, green/yellow-ish skirt... Yes, I said dance. Though my first intention was giving the outfits a somewhat bohemian and medieval flair (which I still did), some of the pictures came out as if was (guess what?) dancing! It was the skirt's fault. Who told it to be so wide on bottom and move so beautifully? Of course I couldn't resist dancing my way through the shooting! Could you?

Doesn't a colourful flared skirt look stunning on a modern ballet?

Dior Haute Couture FW12/13

This amazing Dior haute couture gown actually reminds me of my skirt! The colour, the fit, the flare... Of course, mine is much more simple and fluid... But a girl can dream she has a skirt that looks like a Dior dress, can't she?

Florence Welch performing in Gucci.

Florence Welch, one of my favorite singers and style crushes, knows how to make the best of yellow-ish green, floating long dresses! Bohemian goddess!

Florence Welch in Valentino

Speaking of Valentino...

Acidity with a vintage touch or vintage with an acid spice? Valentino's princess worthy gowns can be whatever you want them to be.

Valentino Haute Couture FW13/14

Valentino's runway hairstyles are always inspiring. Always. There's a chic effortlessness about them that just compliments the models faces and the outstanding clothes the best possible way. I thought of them the second I decided to include "medieval" in my editorial inspirations.

Chanel Paris-Edimbourg - Pre-fall 2013

My medieval inspiration came mostly from Chanel Paris-Edimbourg show. It was precious and I wanted some similar jewels on my outfits... Specially the treasure belts and hair embellishments!
