Chanel Haute Couture SS14 show finale.

I'm so thrilled fashion season is open once again!

So far we had great menswear shows for next Fall/Winter and the dreamy Haute Couture shows for SS14 in Paris. And if that's not enough fashion for some time, New York Fashion Week is just about to start a hyperactive month of prét-à-porter shows for FW 14/15!

It's quite a lot to keep up with, isn't it? Let's just breathe and enjoy. Fashion is to be enjoyed and every little detail is to be flavoured attentively. Leave the rush for designers, models and editors and let yourself get inspired!

Unfortunaltelly, I can't review all the shows or bring you all the unforgettable moments fashion weeks always grace us with. Still, I'll show you some glimpses of what I loved the most and try to give you some insight on the trends to come.

But today we have another subject. It's Haute Couture, darlings!!!

Did you take a look on the shows? I'll show you my 10 favorite looks (the order is totally random) of this season's precious bunch (painful selection!). Are they your dearly beloved ones as well? Can't wait to know a little bit about your own views on Couture!

Armani Privé

Best Evening Magic

Armani Privé SS14

Beautiful arabian inspired outfits with a super chic modern touch. Perfect for alluring luxurious evenings with everlasting glamour.

Chanel

Best Playful Chic

Chanel Haute Couture SS14

The whole show was delightfully fresh and playful. It was charming seeing the models effortlessly sshowcasing their couture dresses while hopping their way through the catwalk! Couture sneakers were Mr. Lagerfeld's latest fashion bet, showing he's still got his game high. Unexpected, but wonderful.

This particular dress won my heart. Light, feathery and sparkly. Preciously elaborated and simply fragile. Just perfect.

Christian Dior

 Best Sartorial Cut

Christian Dior Couture SS14

The trousers suit is probably Raf Simon's best signature "piece" as the head designer at Dior. Their flawless fit and impaccable proportions balance make them the go to item for many modern, sophisticated women. These waist cinched jackets over narrow, leg elongating trousers, create an absolutely chic, feminine, contemporary and sexy silhouette.

Giambattista Valli

Best bows

Girls, bows and ballgowns have been an everlasting team in fashion. The most utterly modern way to wear them? Giambattista's way, of course! Layer shimmery blacks over silky electric blues, define your waist and merge a big, drapped bow to your skirt, on top of a thigh high slit, and the belle of the ball crown will be yours.

Maison Martin Margiela Artisanal

Best jumpsuit styling

Maison Martin Margiela Artisanl SS14

Contemporary art. That could be a reasonable defition for Margiela's work. Nevertheless, this is a stunning outfit no matter how we define it.

Ulyana Sergeenko

Best resort attire

Ulyana Sergeenko ss14

Wanna travel in style, always polished and fresh? Check out the russian designer latest work of magic! Fantasy, retro styling and a dashing dose of sensuality make these outfits remarkably irresistible.

Valentino

That buterfly covered cape is an outstanding work of art. Emotional, magnetic, superb.

This was not one of my favorite Valentino shows so far, but that cape... My, oh my!

Viktor & Rolf

Best nude drama

I adored the ballet dancers as models. Exquisite originality! And this flesh pink jacket-dress is nothing more but stunning!
