My summer holidays in Algarve (south of Portugal) always come with a delightful lazy feeling. They're what I like to call an active dolce fare niente. Why? Everything seems to happen very slowly, at an undisturbable pace. And, still, I find myself taking long walks by the seaside, going for a swim when the water is delicious or even dancing till the sun is up when I have friends over. One way or another, the weeks I spend here are splendid to take quite a break from everyday life and everyday here brings its own little pleasures!

Starting the day with my favorite breakfast: greek yogurt, oats, blueberries and almonds!
Taking a break with a good book under a sweet little shade.
Soaking in the colours of the sun..
Enjoying a refreshing sunset run!
Replenishing energies with green goodness...
And, of course, taking a little time to indulge in some vanities!
